Creative Marketing Apprentice
Man Group is seeking a Marketing apprentice to join its Creative Marketing team in London.
The Marketing apprentice will be part of a global, creative, and dynamic team. They will have the opportunity to learn about creating business-to-business marketing content, the workings of the hedge fund and asset management industry, and how to work effectively across multiple teams.
This individual will be involved in the day-to-day activities of the firm’s creative marketing function, managing editorial calendars and workflows, supporting our social media, multimedia, and graphic design teams. This includes creating engaging new ideas for content which will then be published on our website or on our social channels.
Over the course of the candidate’s apprenticeship, they will develop valuable marketing and communication skills, strong relationships across the organisation and industry, and a portfolio of work. There will be plenty of opportunities to learn about the roles and responsibilities of the wider Marketing and Communications team as well as participate in high-profile events and activities.
About the Apprenticeship:
The Apprentice will be studying the Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship alongside JustIT and will be given full support in achieving the qualification.
Please note this is a fixed-term apprenticeship role offered as part of Man Group’s School Leaver Programme, targeting motivated students aged 17-23, there may be the potential to move into a full-time role following the completion of the programme.
We are unfortunately unable to sponsor visas for this programme or provide this opportunity to individuals who already have a similar qualification at a higher level than the apprenticeship associated with this programme.
Specific Responsibilities
Creating dynamic social media posts for Man Group’s channels in coordination with social media agencies and designers Assisting graphic designers with new creative ideas such as new webpages, advertisements, brochures, etc. Supporting the recording of videos and podcasts in Man Group’s studio Managing and coordinating team tasks and editorial calendars
Key Competencies:
A keen interest in marketing and content creation A passion for short form writing A desire to learn about the investment industry. A solid understanding of different social media networks A collaborative team player and quick learner An interest in graphic design principles and basic knowledge of design software Strong organisation and time management skillsRecruitment Timeline:
