MainAccountabilities

CustomerService:

Greet all customers in awarm genuine and friendly manner

Ensure thatcustomers receive the best possible service every time they enterthe store

Understand the process of the CustomerService measuringprogramme

Sales:

Drive sales ensuring that targets are achieved and where possibleexceeded

Utilise the instore devices offeringthe customer the whole product range

Providealternatives and add on sales at everyopportunity

Assist in the maintenance ofstandards on the shop floor and for all displays andmerchandise

Keep all stock clean and presentableat all times

Replenish stock levels when neededmaking sure the fullsize range is on the shop floor wherepossible

General ClubAccountabilities

• Toensure compliance with all relevant Club policies including healthand safety policies and with specific reference to the dataregulations (GDRP and PECR)
• To ensurecompliance with all relevant legal regulatory ethical and socialrequirements
• To build and maintain good workingrelationships both internally and externally maintaining aprofessional image at all times when representing BrentfordFC
• To keep confidential any information gainedregarding the Club and its personnel
• Tomaintain a flexible approach to work at alltimes
• To ensure compliance with the Clubs Codeof Conduct.
• To ensure compliance with the ClubsSafeguarding Policy andprocesses.
