We are seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Business Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses two primary areas of responsibility:

Supporting the Employee Central Workstream Lead in the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors. Providing ongoing business support and specialising in Compensation and Variable Pay.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Leadership: Offer expert insights on new business opportunities and issues. Manage Multiple Projects: Excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously. Drive Process Improvement: Identify and execute process improvement opportunities to achieve quantifiable benefits. Oversee HR Applications: Supervise feature enhancements and project support for HR applications. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all compliance requirements (SOX/PCI) and enforce IT standards for enterprise consistency. Ticket Management: Manage and resolve HRIS team tickets, escalating technical issues as needed. Solution Design and Configuration: Follow HRIS team directions for solution design and configure from documentation. Change Management: Support and manage change requests, documentation, testing, and deployment of new functionalities. Knowledge Management: Maintain and manage knowledge content, ensuring accuracy through regular reviews. Collaborative Support: Work collaboratively with HR, IT teams, and business areas to provide support, guidance, and training. Systems Administration: Perform tasks such as bulk data imports/exports, workflow design, and creating business rules. Vendor Collaboration: Work with third-party vendors to suggest, develop, and implement functionalities to meet business needs. UAT Coordination: Design and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with cross-departmental teams. SaaS System Upgrades: Assist in upgrades and develop new functionalities for all SaaS systems in GPO.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite implementation and management, with a specific focus on Employee Central. Hands-on administration, maintenance, and support of the SuccessFactors application. Strong troubleshooting and issue management skills. Proven business analysis abilities. Ability to manage project timelines and meet customer requirements. Highly self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. Team-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
