EQUANS is looking for a Work Planner to join our team based at EDF Dungeness Nuclear Power Station on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.  

Reporting to the HSM, this role is key to the successful and smooth running of the Facilities Management service at the Power station. The post holder will be responsible for delivering all requirements of the planning on site, particularly for the increased workload during station outage. The successful candidate must be a key team member in delivering the required level of service to the client.

What will you deliver? 

Effective time management to ensure tasks are handled accurately and on time therefore ensuring that Equans deliver a high standard of work to the client. Delivery of the work week plan. Flexible approach to work and use their own initiative. Develop effective working relationships with appropriate members of the client, internal teams, contractors and 3rd parties. Be a team player with good communication skills. Attending client E-planning meetings and Work Group reviews. Chairing planning meetings in order to feedback relevant information/issues to the client cycle coordinators at weekly meetings. Undertake further training courses as requested in line with the clients and Equans operational requirements.

Who are we looking for? 

Previous experience within Planning. Experienced in data inputting and previous use of MS Packages. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Good administrative skills.

This role includes a Basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
