About your role

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you would be responsible for the control and processing of a large quantity of invoices for JCB, prioritising workload, and meeting deadlines.

Duties and responsibilities

Processing invoices/credits notes on In House and SAP systemsSort and prioritise daily invoices receivedReleasing invoicesJournal ProcessingSecond time processing of unmatched invoices and credit notesPrioritise and manage own workload and backlogDaily analysis of processed data, making any corrections and updating spreadsheets.Updating rejected invoice database and related documentsWork to deadlines dailyInvolvement in department projects as required

About you

You will need to be well organised, show initiative and be self-motivated, have enthusiasm with a can-do attitude, show a sense of urgency be a Team player, be self-confident and assertive, as well as: -

English/Maths GCSE or equivalentStrong IT skills – essentialSAP knowledge - preferableData input experience - essentialStrong communication skills – essential
