Accounts Payable

**_Duties/Responsibilities:_**
- Provide ledger reports using excel V-lookup and Pivot tables to internal and external customers
- Forward paper and electronic statements to divisions for reconciliations
- Send rejection letters for invoices electronically (Invoices been rejected from input team)
- Validate Bank Details for Manual Cash Book payments and checking they filled in correctly
- Dealing with legal letters from suppliers
- Checking Credit Notes and Debit Note queries -Transfer Debit Balances to retrieve the outstanding Balance and communicating to the vendors directly to retrieve the money
- Checking daily/weekly reports for duplicate postings/ Payments into the system (using software) and recovering the cash
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**_SYSTEMS:_**
- SAP
- G-Link (Similar to a AS400 System) phasing out within the next year
- SAP (Ariba) on all indirect spend
- XELIX
- Excel / word

**_About you:_**
- You will need to be well organised, show initiative be self-motivated, have Enthusiasm with a can-do attitude, show a sense of urgency be a Team player be self-confident and assertive.
- Come from a good Accounts Payable Background
