WHAT TO EXPECT 

As a Product Owner, you will get opportunity to collaborate with our propulsion control system functional safety design squads and play a pivotal role in shaping JLR's electric future.

This role provide oportunity to lead squad's product strategy and backlog, as well as coordinating the delivery of key features across vehicle programs, such as system design, software implementation, calibration, and verification. Your will get to identify and prioritise product features, creating user stories, and developing product roadmaps. Additionally, you have opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and offer valuable insights for product development. 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: 

Use iterative methods to maximise output value and minimise risk. 

Own the squad's purpose, vision, and outcomes. Ensure the squad has clear guidance and a product roadmap to achieve Sprint Goals. 

Assist Scrum Master in developing, implementing, and adhering to Agile project management processes. 

Confidently communicate challenges and recommended feasible solutions and offer frequent status updates to all stakeholders. 

Coordinate system design and verification artifacts using JLR's systems engineering framework, collecting traceable customer requirements for software design. 

WHAT YOU"LL NEED 

Previouse experience in leading product development processes from start to finish. This includes developing product roadmaps, creating product requirements, prioritising features, and managing the development process. 

Skills of building and managing internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments. 

Good knowlage working in an Agile environment and participating in Agile ceremonies. 

Ability to build a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements and work closely with product management teams.
