Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Year 3 Teacher to work on a full-time basis within a ‘Good’ Primary School in Blackburn (BB1). The role is to start in September 2024 until at least January 2025, due to an change of sstaffing within school. However, there is the possibility of this position being extended further for the right candidate.  The SLT within school are incredibly supportive of all of their staff, as demonstrated through the continuous professional development on offer as well as frequent career progression opportunities.

The incoming Year 3 teacher will need to be willing to take on full time responsibilities including, planning, marking, data entry, continual assessments etc. You would be expected to attend weekly staff meetings and relevant twilights during the term. The Head Teacher is willing to consider NQTs as well as experienced teachers for this role.

The induvial appointed must have experience within a Primary School setting and hold a proven track record of raising attainment within lower Key Stage 2.

-Recent school references are a necessity
- Full time, Monday to Friday with PPA time included
- Class of 28 mixed ability students

- Experience of teaching mixed ability classes
