We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician based atour site in Rawcliffe Bridge. The role involvesworking as part of a small multi skilled team to perform routinemaintenance procedures and help troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanicalor electrical problems with the manufacturing processes and supportingequipment and systems. Day-to-day tasks can vary greatly based priorities andrequires working closely with the maintenance, operations,quality, and engineering teams. The rolewill also involve interaction with specialised external contractors with theoverall aim to allow production to operate safely and efficiently. The role is days based Monday to Friday withan on call rota out of hours.

Essentials:

Have the ability to work as part of a team to solve problems contributing your knowledge and valuing the knowledge of others Good written and verbal communicator, able to demonstrate an eye for detail Competence in basic IT skills such as email, web applications or other IT systems Commitment to ongoing training & development Commitment to maintaining high safety, health & environmental standards Able to demonstrate initiative,and a willingness to ask questions

Desirables:

Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical manufacturing Experience of working with electronic maintenance management systems A recognised electrical or mechanical qualification at level 3 or above and some experience of working within a relevant industry sector
