We are seeking ahighly motivated and qualified Computer ScienceTeacher to join their dynamic department. This is animmediate start opportunity (September2024) offering a fulltime permanentcontract.

In this rewarding roleyou will:

  • Deliverengaging and stimulating computer science lessons aligned with theNational Curriculum catering to various yeargroups.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensivecomputer science curriculum fostering a love for the subject andits realworld applications.
  • Play a pivotal rolein nurturing students digital literacy skills and preparing themfor success in a technologically drivenworld.
  • Effectively assess and monitor studentprogress providing personalized support and guidance to ensuretheir academic development.
  • Collaborate withcolleagues within the department and contribute to the ongoingdevelopment of the computer sciencecurriculum.

  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) in Computer Science (or a relevantsubject).
  • A minimum of two years demonstrablysuccessful teaching experience in a secondary schoolsetting.
  • A strong subject knowledge and theability to translate complex concepts into engaging learningexperiences for students of varyingabilities.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to build rapport with students parents andcolleagues.
