TheRole:

In this pivotal role youwill play a key part in igniting students passion for ComputerScience. Your responsibilities willinclude:

  • Delivering engaging andstimulating lessons that cater to the National Curriculum and theschools specific curriculumobjectives.
  • Utilizing innovative teachingmethods and technology to create a dynamic and interactive learningenvironment.
  • Effectively assessing andmonitoring student progress providing personalized feedback andguidance to ensure their academicdevelopment.
  • Contributing to the ongoingdevelopment of the Computer Science curriculum collaborating withcolleagues within the department.
  • Fostering asupportive and inclusive classroom environment that encouragescreativity problemsolving and critical thinkingskills.

The IdealCandidate:

  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) in Computer Science or a relevantsubject.
  • A minimum of two years successfulteaching experience in a secondary schoolsetting.
  • Strong subject knowledge with apassion for inspiring students and igniting their interest inComputer Science.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Theability to create a positive and engaging learning environment thatpromotes inclusion and differentiation.
  • Acommitment to professional development and staying abreast of thelatest advancements in thefield.
