Job Description

At FGFS we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a New Customer Administrator to join our Financial Services Team based at our Clayton Operation.

Our New Customer Administrators are there to assess and process applications in line with set criteria, quality and regulatory standards and expectations.

As a New Customer Administrator, you will be:

  • Processing new customer applications, adhering to TCF and business standards and expectations
  • Providing first point of contact support for potential victims of application fraud, controlling loss prevention, and protecting brand reputation.
  • Adhering to all compliance, governance, risk and standards, ensuring that the right outcomes are achieved.
  • Effectively assessing affordability.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working within the financial services sector.
  • Good working knowledge of financial sector compliance and governance, i.e., FCA, TCF, Data Protection
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is delivery and customer focussed.
  • Analytical, pragmatic, and systematic in approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to analyse requirements and processes and provide feedback.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
