As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and effective request handling, providing high quality support to our customers. Responsibilities :
Endeavouring to provide all customers with the best level of customer service and support. Processing JML requests Helping to identify ways in which we can reduce the customer fulfilment times and improve the service we provide to the business. Identifying opportunities for automation. Helping to document processes and maintain existing documentation on the Request Management knowledge base Managing all standard requests Handling software installationsRequirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to details and a commitment to quality Minimum 12 months in a customer service or service desk environment Educated to GCSE Level (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language Knowledge and experience of working with current IT Systems including a working knowledge of Microsoft core desktop product Passion for providing outstanding customer serviceAbout us
