Team Overview:

The Partnerships and Licensing team at Weight Watchers is committed to creating partnerships that substantially benefit our members by supporting their wellness journeys. We engage strategically with industries ranging from food to healthcare, travel, and fitness, enhancing the value of a WW Membership by offering members direct and effective pathways to their goals.

Position Overview:

As the Manager of Global Licensing, based in the UK and fluent in French, you will support the Senior Manager in driving growth in licensing and enhancing brand equity through strategic global partnerships. This role is critical in maintaining existing relationships outside the US and supporting global initiatives. You will play a key role in the execution of licensing strategies that align with Weight Watchers' brand objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Licensing Strategy Support:

Assist in the development and execution of a global licensing strategy that complements Weight Watchers' brand objectives and business goals.

Support the Senior Manager by maintaining and cultivating relationships with key global brands and leaders to establish mutually beneficial licensing partnerships.

Participate in negotiations of key business terms with licensees and help analyze quarterly revenue reports to ensure alignment with the company’s ongoing financial and brand equity initiatives.

Contribute to a deep understanding of key product categories and support the oversight of licensing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, local regulatory, and QA requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate licensed products and partnerships seamlessly into existing and future business initiatives.

Domain Expertise & Organizational Support:

Provide support in recommending strategies to leadership and assist in their implementation.

Demonstrate a big-picture fiscal mindset in budgeting and financial planning to support strategic decisions.

Contribute to maintaining a strong pipeline and assist in achieving revenue growth goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in licensing, partnerships, or a related field, with a proven track record in a support role.

Understanding of the health and wellness industry and emerging trends.

Proficient in CRM and project management tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Must be fluent in both English and French.
