Sales Assistant – WHSmith – Ripon

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: 
8 hours per week working any 2 out of 7 days including weekends
hours per week working any 3 out of 7 days including weekends
 hours per week working any 4 out of 7 days including weekends
 hours per week working any 5 out of 7 days including weekends

Our Ripon store operates a lone-working model, which means you’ll be responsible for all tasks required for the successful running of the store. This will include opening and closing the store so you will be a designated key holder, meaning you’ll have autonomy and flexibility to get things done in your own way. This provides you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail skills for the future. Due to this position being responsible for the opening and closing of the store candidates are required to be aged +.
 

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers and our colleagues to be proud they’re sharing their journeys with us.

What being a Sales Assistant is all about:

Delivering an exceptional customer service to all customers. Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop. Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising helping customers find what they're looking for easily. Being part of a team and supporting colleagues.
