We are currently recruiting Occupational Therapists to join Berkshire Healthcare and have vacancies in both our Children's & Adult teams across a variety of different services and sites offering both band 5 & 6 roles.

As a Trust we are big on staff development and "grow your own" and can offer you a wealth of both inhouse and external development opportunities at all levels.

Our services operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and we are open to those looking for full or part time work. As we are a community trust our roles involve travel between sites so a license and access to vehicle is essential. Our roles can often offer flexible working as well as room for some home working.

Main duties of the job

Planning and management of your own caseload and interventions / Undertake clinical sessions and manage caseload as required To function as an autonomous clinician Supporting clients and their families in a range of face to face settings To build relationships with clinical and professional / education colleagues across the health and local authority community Provide guidance and appropriate delegation to therapy assistants in the team
