Protocol are working closely with a number of Further Education Colleges based in London in their search for experienced SEN / SEND Lecturer's / Teacher’s to work with students aged 16 - 18 years across a range of educational provisions in the college. 

The role;

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to SEN students.
  • Assisting with individual education plans and behaviour management.
  • Supporting teachers in delivering tailored lessons.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents for student well-being.

The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals that have experience providing SEN assistance or supporting individuals in an educational capacity. This person will be upbeat, personable and motivational in order to inspire students across curriculum areas and drive them to achieve their potential whilst in education. 

Have you got what it takes? 

  • Previous SEN experience
  • Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Availability for full-time work.
  • The ability to educate and inspire learners aged 16 - 18 years.
