A highly reputable SEN Multi Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join their high achieving and fast improving All-through SEN school located in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a significant impact within a supportive and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality science instruction to students with special educational needs (SEN) across various age groups.
*Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual learning needs of students.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and achievement.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and school leadership.
*Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including SEN specialists, teaching assistants, and support staff, to create a cohesive educational experience.
*Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the school's science curriculum.
*Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEN education and science teaching.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Proven UK experience teaching science, preferably within an SEN setting.
*Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
*Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
*Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Desirable:
*Experience with a range of SEN conditions, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
*Additional qualifications or training in SEN education.
*Familiarity with assistive technologies and adaptive teaching strategies.
