What will I do in the role?
Have a ‘can do’ attitude The first point of contact for all customer queries Brand ambassador for your client Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversationWhat do I need?
Experience working for a retailer Experience working in a luxury background Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer Strong written and verbal communication skills Works well within a team Confident IT skills Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn Great attention to detail and highly organised Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese C2 Level of English requiredEducation/Studies:
Not essential, but beneficial)
Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising Make-up Artists Qualifications in Dermatology or SkincareWorking Hours:
Full time – 40 hours per week Between 09:00am - 01:00am Monday to Saturday Start date 18th October 2024 until 31st January 2025-
