We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's elderly and dementia nursing home. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality care and support to residents.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting
- RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification (Desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of elderly and dementia care best practices
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
