Director/Partner

Role Overview: The Director/Partner will provide strategic leadership and vision for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives and regulatory guidelines. They will be responsible for setting and implementing strategic direction, managing resources, and delivering comprehensive project deliverables. This role will also build a collaborative environment to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and team development.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

·       Strategic Leadership: Define the strategic direction for projects, aligning with client objectives and regulatory guidelines.

·       Project Oversight: Oversee the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) while ensuring it incorporates best practices and digital innovations.

·       Knowledge Transfer: Develop and implement a knowledge transfer plan to upskill internal teams and create a culture of continuous improvement.

·       Resource Management: Ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet project deliverables and align with strategic objectives.

·       Risk Management: Identify potential risks affecting the project and create comprehensive mitigation strategies.

·       Market Trends Analysis: Monitor market trends to provide proactive recommendations for the successful delivery of energy efficiency projects.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the project's goals align with broader policy frameworks.

·       Compliance: Ensure all project deliverables are compliant with standards and government regulations.

Qualifications:

·       MBA or equivalent advanced degree with extensive experience in consulting.

·       Extensive consulting experience, particularly in government policy and scheme development.

·       Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.

·       Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward achieving strategic goals.

·       Deep expertise in market and industry trends, particularly in energy efficiency.

·       Relevant Project Management Certifications: Such as APM PMQ, Agile, or Prince2.

·       Business Analysis Qualifications: Relevant certifications or training.
