Location: London office based with working from home in line with Crisis’ hybrid working policy with some travel across the UK
About the role
You will work with the Head of Retail to implement the strategic direction for all retail property (shops) acquisitions in alignment with the 10-year strategy. This will include overseeing the end-to-end acquisition process for local and national expansion, from initial locations and evaluating opportunities to negotiating and closing transactions, ensuring timely and successful execution. It will be your responsibility to ensure there is transparency and due diligence for all retail acquisitions to maximise financial return on supporter funding and donations.

Relevant experience in property acquisition and development Experience of successfully delivering capital projects of a similar scale within a project management environment Demonstrated success in leading and executing property acquisition projects, including sourcing, negotiating, and closing transactions.Demonstrate leadership and guidance that fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Proven experience in project managing property refurbishments, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule. A PRINCE2 or AGILE Practitioner, or other equivalent project management qualification
