JOB DESCRIPTION: SEN TutorLocation:

South East England, Buckinghamshire, Buckingham

Job Type:

Temporary, Part-Time hours

Salary:

£20 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Provide tailored support and instruction to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
• Implement various teaching strategies to engage and motivate SEN students
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for SEN students

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of SEN students

Education:

Relevant qualifications in Education or Special Education

Experience:

Prior experience working with SEN students

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of SEN principles and best practises
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
• Knowledge of various learning difficulties and disabilities

Working Conditions:

This role involves working with SEN students in an educational setting, requiring patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
