As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with our culinary team, contributing to the creation of delicious and nourishing dishes that delight our guests.
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for food and service. Your enthusiasm will be key as you assist our Senior Chefs with various aspects of food preparation, production, and service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Senior Chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
- Supporting the team in maintaining the quality and presentation of all dishes, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Collaborating with the catering team on special events, themed dinners, and other culinary projects.
- Helping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Staying eager to learn by keeping up with industry trends, new ingredients, and culinary techniques to continuously improve the menu and overall dining experience.

- Have the capacity to collaborate with all departments of the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.
