Here at Adler & Allan we are very excited to announce a brand-new role – we are looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Partner to join at such an exciting time of growth and success for the group.
If you have proven experience within Internal Comms and Engagement, across all platforms to a variety of very different audiences, super creative with great eye for design then I want to talk to you
This is a standalone role initially, so you need to be confident in your abilities to shape and carve this function out to become a best-in-class area for Adler & Allan while getting your sleeves rolled up
More about the role:
· Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies and initiatives, being instrumental in fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
· Facilitating effective communication channels across the group, driving employee engagement, alignment, and a positive and understood culture.
· Collaborate with senior management to develop and deliver key messages, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.
· Lead the group engagement survey, including cascade of the survey, collation of results and playback into the business.
· Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as town hall meetings, employee recognition programs and charity events.
· Manage and coordinate internal events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops, to promote employee engagement and knowledge sharing.
About you:
Bringing with you your experience in internal communications, preferably in a managerial role, your main fortes will be of course your written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for various audiences.
Strong stakeholder and building relationships will be key for success in this position and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation.
