Position summary:

Reporting to the SIOP & Materials Manager. This position is responsible for the creation, development and maintenance of a constrained master production schedule (MPS), ensuring customer requirements as well as inventory targets are met. Liaising with internal departments to ensure the schedules are understood. Working Material Master data to ensure material planning is supporting Operational needs.

Principle Accountabilities:

Maintain and update master schedule in business ERP system. Conduct “What if Analysis” on changes and impact. Hold internal meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand and agree with schedule inline with Material and Capacity constraints. Analyze data and collaborate with all stakeholders to determine and apply ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies Create and maintain KPI’s to measure status and attainment of MPS Schedule. Support Inventory reduction / control initiatives. Attend daily Tier 2 – 4 as required. Support team in use of ACE tools (5s,TPM,Turnback collection) Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety requirements. Support and Lead Internal SIOP Meetings.

Personal attributes & qualification requirements:

Bachelor degree in business/operations/supply chain or equivalent experience. Experience in SAP Planning & Master Data or similar role. Experience with Rapid Response (Kinaxis) Preferential Ideally the individual will have experience as an SME in an SAP role (Subject Matter Expert) Strong communication and influencing skills. Understanding of business KPI’s and financial goals.  Ability to work to deadlines, priorities work load and teamwork. APICS CPIM certification desired, or a willing to undertake. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced Excel Knowledge required i.e. Pivot tables and Formulas Knowledge in manufacturing operation systems (ACE/6 Sigma).

This position may involve access to export controlled information and hardware where an export license would be required for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Employment will be subject to satisfactory security checks, export license approval, and if required, completion of a non-disclosure agreement
