We are currently expanding our development team to allow us to continue to develop an exciting product that enables law enforcement agencies worldwide to keep up with the increasing demands of managing growing amounts of digital evidence.

How will you make an impact? 

Be comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary and distributed teamWork with minimal guidance once trainedBe able to communicate effectively, including via phone, email, instant message and video conferencing toolsBe comfortable communicating with customers at all levelsHave excellent written and verbal communications in EnglishBe an excellent problem solver and work under pressureWorking from RFI, RFP documents and customer meetings to understand the customer’s existing systems and business requirementsParticipation in customer meetings and proof of concept demonstrationsCollaborating with teams to design systems and make appropriate technology and architecture choices, considering security, scalability, compatibility and maintainabilityReviewing and advise on generic training material on specific configurations and integrationsDocumenting system designs and communicating them effectively to Product Managers and CustomersWorking closely with NICE Architects and Product Owners to clearly describe business goals and customer requirements into product backlog itemsAssessing and reviewing technical documentation to ensure the development team create appropriate levels of product documentation.Provide support to Customer Support, Professional Services, Technical Pre-sales teams and Training where required

Have you got what it takes?

Analysis and transition of customer requirements into product requirementsWriting Clear and concise Technical Proposals, Systems and Solutions DocumentationDesigning complex systems consisting of a mix of hardware and softwareWorking successfully with clients and business partners directlySystem engineering and/or system design for 3 years or moreAbility to multitask and prioritise workAbility to understand technical solutions, experience of softwareAbility to understand the big picture and translate it to detailed needsExperience working in an Agile delivery methodology organisationCommunicating effectively at all levels, from executive management to individual contributorExcellent English verbal and writing communication skillsFast learner with ability to educate her/himself on relevant technologies e.g. Azure / Cloud-based servicesInstallation and maintenance of Microsoft-based operating systems and server hardwareUnderstanding of the principles of network security, authentication and authorizationMicrosoft Azure experience (Web Apps, Deployment etc)Experience of working with video and audio

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Ability to work successfully with clients and business partners directlyExperience of working with Azure technologiesAn appreciation of Next Generation (NG) emergency servicesExperience in writing Technical Systems/Solutions DocumentationExperience of systems softwareBreaking down complex market requirements into secure, scalable and resilient system designs (this will come from candidates with a Systems/Architect background)
