A highly reputable independent SEN school in Windsor is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS3/4 Maths Teacher to join their permanent staff team from September 2024. This prestigious institution is committed to providing exceptional education and support to students with special educational needs, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Maths instruction to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of SEN students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and continuous professional development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3/4 level.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
