Working in customer service support with XPS Self Invested Pensions you will provide excellent customer service to all of our clients and…

Assist SIP consultants with administration duties for their portfolio’s. This includes but is not limited to; reviewing bank ledgers, raising invoices, reviewing and updating contract notes, producing fee reports and audits, actively updating databases and demonstrating ownership of queries. Have an awareness of the whole annual valuation process and the Pension Scheme Return Process. Ensure the quality of work meets department standards. Assist with mail identification.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. An organised, methodical, and logical approach to Portfolio Management. Previous experience in an office environment would be advantageous. Ability to work as part of a team. A positive, can-do attitude. Excellent time management skills. Ability to use initiative.
