Summary:

• Leads the development of highly complexequipment and tooling concepts and specifications to satisfyaerospace product design and build requirements.

• Leads design reviews designrequirement collection drawing creation and revision.

• Researches the application ofrobotics automation and new technology to support the build plan.

• Creates offload packagesspecifications purchase requests and usage instructions forequipment and tooling.

• Checks designs for compliance with safety producibilitymaintainability reliability ergonomic factors and regulatoryrequirements.

• Establishes and validates spares requirements.

• Leads the implementation of bestpractices into functional process documentation to drive standardwork.

• Oversees thedevelopment and documentation of equipment and tooling inspectionand usage instructions preventative maintenance plans and usertraining.

• Providestechnical direction to support engineering changes and discrepancyresolution.

• Oversees themaintenance of hardware and software configuration.

• Assesses and makes recommendationsfor disposition of equipment and tooling.

• Work statement is a nonmanagerial rolenonleadership role

Required Skills:

• Education/experience typically acquired throughadvanced education (e.g. Associate).

• 6 or more years related work experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor4years related work experience 8 years related work experienceetc.).
