We arelooking for an experienced Java Lead resourcewho also has good experience in Frontend andBackend development along with Kafka DevOps andOpenShift.

Candidate should havestrong development experience inJava andshould have end to end project experience(Golden Path).

Experience on writing manual GIT commands isMandatory.

Code Test isMandatory for all shortlisted resources.

Strong Java development and Lead experience(60 % into Development and 40% into Managing theteam)

Expertise in Cloud KafkaDevOps and Open Shift

Previous workexperience with Spring framework

Strong technical development experience on effectivelywriting code code reviews best practices code refactoring.

A delivery focused approach to work and theability to work without direction.

Experiencewith various source control tools like GIT (Manual Commands)

Good to have handson experience on Kafka or anyStreaming Technology

Good to have experience inSplunk Dynatrace tools.

Experience in AgileDevelopment lifecycle methodology

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Advancedknowledge of architecture and design across all system

Configuring and managing software and optimizing processesthrough automation

Knowledge of industrywidetechnology trends and best practices

Ability tomultitask and prioritize with urgency.

Abilityto work in large collaborate teams to achieve organizationalgoals.
