Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons; provide one-on-one support; offer personalized help to students who may require additional assistance. This role involves working with KS1. As a Teaching Assistant you will assist with administrative tasks; inspire curiosity and foster a love for education by encouraging questions and exploration.

Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:

  • A degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for teaching and a desire to share that passion with students.
  • Prior experience in a school or educational setting is a plus.
