Our client a well establishedfull service law firm are seeking an experienced family solicitor(25 PQE) to join their esteemed tier 2 department. The idealcandidate must be capable of managing their own caseloadindependently. This opportunity presents a great opportunity workalongside senior lawyers on more complex cases providing a platformfor professional development.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Independentlymanage a variety of family law matters including but not limited todivorce financial settlements child arrangements and cohabitationdisputes.
  • Assist senior lawyers withcomplex cases gaining exposure to highlevel family lawpractice.
  • Engage in businessdevelopment activities to grow the client base including networkingattending events and fostering relationships with potential clientsand referrers.
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients ensuring the highest level ofclient care and service.
  • Collaboratewith colleagues within the Family Team and other departments toprovide comprehensive legal solutions.


Requirements
  • QualifiedSolicitor with 25 years PQE in familylaw.
  • Demonstrable experience inmanaging a variety of family lawcases.
  • Strong advocacy negotiationand communication skills.
  • Aproactive approach to business development with a passion forbuilding professionalrelationships.
  • Ability to work bothindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Excellent organizational andtime management skills.
  • Commitmentto providing exceptional clientservice.

PreferredAttributes:

  • Localcandidates based in or near Maidenhead Newbury orSwindon.
  • Proven track record insuccessful business developmentinitiatives.
  • Experience in handlinghighnetworth client matters would beadvantageous.
