Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, along with previous experience in a similar managerial position. As an In-Room Dining Manager, you must have the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and have exceptional problem-solving skills. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary. We also require adherence to Belmond's grooming and attire policies, as well as a commitment to safety and following established procedures.
