Teaching Assistant

Earn between £400 and £600 per week

At Connex Education Solutions, we're currently seeking Teaching Assistants for various mainstream Primary and Secondary schools primarily in the Southwell and Newark area.

The sucessful candidates will work:

  • One-on-one or in small groups with students, primarily those with Autism, Speech, and Language disorders, and other related additional needs.

We have several full-time and part-time roles available. We'd love to hear from you if you've experience in schools, care & support, sports coaching, or any other fields with transferable skills. All Classroom Support roles are available for immediate start.

While experience is beneficial, we're more interested in compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who desire to work with children and are committed to making a difference in pupils' lives.

  • Are you interested in working within schools?
  • Do you aspire to start a career in education?
  • Do you have transferable skills from care work, support work, coaching work, or any other community/education-based roles?

We don't require specific qualifications, just transferable qualities from your personal & working life, and a gentle & personable approach. 

All candidates we register complete Connex Academy Job Ready training. Also, once you've secured a long-term role, we'll fund your Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Level 4 HLTA qualification, making this the perfect opportunity to start your career in Education.
