Location: Stamford College

Type: Part-Time - 3 days each week. 

Salary: £21.57 - £23.54 per hour plus hooliday pay (you must hold a teaching qualification to receive higher end of hourly rate)

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Lecturer to join our team for the upcoming academic year. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in various aspects of business management, entrepreneurship, finance, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lectures and workshops on topics related to business management and administration.
  • Develop and update teaching materials, resources, and assessments to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including mentoring and guidance on career pathways.
  • Assess student progress through a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
