Tasks

ROLEOVERVIEW:

  • Develop andoptimize mass flow and gas flow control technologies specificallyfor the vacuum industry.
  • Design and implementcontrol techniques and sensors for gas flow in vacuumapplications.
  • Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders to ensure technical requirements and projectgoals are met.
  • Apply knowledge in fluiddynamics thermodynamics and mechatronics to develop innovativesolutions.
  • Participate in projects aimed atadvancing gas flow control and sensor technologies particularly inthe semiconductor industry.
  • Analyze andinterpret measurement data to improve products andprocesses.Contribute to the introduction of new technologies andproducts to themarket.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degreein engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering mechatronics processengineering) or a comparablediscipline.
  • Ideally 10 years of experience ingas flow control and sensor technologies ideally in the vacuum andsemiconductor sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge inmass flow and gas flow measurement technology (MFC MFMGFC).
  • Solid understanding of fluid dynamicsthermodynamics and mechatronics.
  • Experience indeveloping firmware and applications for gas flow sensor technologyand control systems.
  • Knowledge in handling highpurity requirements and corrosivegases.
  • Ability to understand and practicallyimplement complex technicalconcepts.
  • Flexibility and willingness to workboth in the lab and from home (at least 50% presence in the officerequired).
  • Experience in managing customerrequirements and developing customizedsolutions.
