Are you an experienced document controller, from a construction or engineering background?

The role will involve the creation of a document control system for up to 11,000 documents, both hardcopy and digital, from both our construction, project management and on going engineering. We will also require you to train and upskill the administration team on use of the system.

This role can be hybrid with 2 days home office but you will need to be commutable to a SUEZ Office facility.

In return we offer you a salary of up to £35,708 Plus up to 10% bonus, 5% matched pension, 25+8 holidays.

**What will I be doing?**

The job role of a document controller involves the following duties:

- Creation and management of a documentation control system
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits
- Using SharePoint to organise and distribute documents within a company
- Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
- Working in a variety of Suez or client locations..
- Liaise with stakeholders relevant to different works to ensure the system is up to date and all are sharing updates as required

**What are the requirements?**
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Clear and efficient numbering and labelling skills
- Typing accuracy and efficiency
- Attention to detail to ensure documents are accurate and made to specifications
- Filing and organisation skills for document storage
- Organisational skills to allow a system to be easy to use and also easy to manage
