Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Senior Sommelier for our new restaurant concept.

Four Seasons Park Lane are excited to announce a new restaurant partnership with Yannick Alléno, opening Summer 2023. Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our new restaurant will be contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes will be rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

Your role  

As our Senior Sommelier you will work with our Head Sommelier, and Assistant Head Sommelier, to make sure our wine offering to the guests is both exciting, interactive and refined. Our restaurant will exude charisma and create warmth which you will play a key part in bringing every day. You will have fantastic interpersonal skills and passionate about exceptional service for our guests.
