To be a successful ROKA Senior Sommelier you would bring a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, an extensive wine knowledge and a hunger to learn.

The requirements

Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Senior Sommelier  WSET Level 2 or above (desired) Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn  Excellent communication skills Great team player A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
