A FANTASTIC JOB OPPORTUNITY within ACHIEVING FOR CHILDREN

Achieving for Children is growing its People and Payroll Service by bringing on board support to enhance our recruitment activities. We are looking for a Recruitment Partner who can bring expertise to support our recruitment strategy within a difficult labour market across Children's Services.

About the role

The exciting opportunity comes at a time as we continue to build, create and deliver our HR Service and vision for our people. The role will be based in People and Payroll team providing support to our managers and candidates. The role will include a range of attraction and recruitment activities where your experience will be invaluable such as:

Supporting and advising on a range of recruitment queries that creates a positive customer experience. Advising and leading tasks associated with recruitment activities for hard to fill positions. Support with accurate data inputting and experience of using a ATS (Hireserve) and processing Occupational Health and DBS requests. Using a range of strategies to attract and build a talent pool to meet our recruitment demands.

This role will work across our operational areas (Kingston, Richmond, Windsor and Maidenhead) and will be expected to work flexibly between office and homeworking. Take a look at our job profile for more information.

About you

We are looking for you to bring:

Expertise and knowledge of attraction and recruitment to our team. Ideally experience of working within a Children's Service organisation. Ability to partner and advise managers on retention and recruitment strategies. Ability to Skills and ability to organise, support, listen and offer advice and support to recruitment queries. Skills and ability to use and extract data to provide clear information for any reports, trends and analysis. A key focus on detail, ensuring errors are identified and resolved. An interest in recruitment activities and supporting young people into employment. The ability to work digitally and advanced skills in Microsoft or Google packages Excel/Google sheets.
