We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships and expanding our customer base. Experience

  • identify, build, and expand partnerships with leading agencies, consultants, app partners, with the goal of sourcing new leads and business growth.
  • create and execute joint business plans with partners that drive mutual benefit and pipeline growth. 
  • manage and own a sales pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities
  • become the face & leader of a highly dynamic ecosystem of agency partners that are actively engaged with the BaseLinker brand, platform & prospects.
  • collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities that amplify & strengthen BaseLinkers brand awareness via campaigns, co-marketing, case studies, and events.
  • attend and speak at industry events to support regional marketing activities, and regularly travel to meet partners in person as much as required.
  • develop and execute lead generation programs in collaboration with partners.

Tasks

  • you have deep knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem and established an existing portfolio of relationships across agencies, partners and service providers in our industry
  • 3+ years of channel sales or strategic business development experience with SaaS-based platforms, retail technologies, and or digital agencies.
  • proven track record of hitting sales quota targets, owning and developing a pipeline, and creating go-to-market strategies.
  • highly resourceful and entrepreneurial operator who can work with a high level of autonomy in a fast-moving company and collaborate with cross-functional, global teams. 
  • first-class relationship builder with the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
  • familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
