We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues working a month fixed term contract hours per week with a starting package of £, pro rata this is made up of a base salary of £, pro rata along with an additional £  flexible benefit and up to a £, discretionary performance related bonus.

Whether you’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you’ll never know what the next challenge will be.

Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone

Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing

Answering customer calls into our contact centre

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background

The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

What else you need to know

In a part time Branch based role, you’ll be working hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of :am – :pm.

This is a month fixed term contract

The role is based in our Haverfordwest branch.

Right to work in the UK
