As the Completions Lead, you'll spearhead a dynamic team, ensuring seamless execution of Completions Processes and Procedures across the expansive HPC site. Your strategic oversight will drive the implementation, delivery, and approval of these processes, vital for project success. From reviewing Manage Site Works Handover (MHSW) to refining End of Construction Status Report (ECSR) procedures, your role is to keep these processes aligned with project goals and adaptable to evolving needs. Through stakeholder engagement, you'll identify areas for enhancement, ensuring our procedures remain agile and effective throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing…

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in refining and executing strategies for the seamless handover of platforms and works critical to project success. Collaborating closely with Project and Contract Managers, you'll ensure that Works Information (WI) is comprehensive and tailored to facilitate the collation of Handover Documentation. Your responsibilities will also encompass managing reviews of this documentation to guarantee its readiness for handover as well as:

Lead and mentor the Completions Team to ensure a cohesive approach to preparing, submitting, reviewing, and approving Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) across the entire HPC project, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and incorporating lessons learned. Collaborate closely with the Principal Designer to ensure seamless integration of Health and Safety File and Design Risk Register content, derived from Handover Certificates and End of Construction/Erection Reports, into the Handover Documentation. Foster effective communication and collaboration between NNB Teams and Contractor Partners, overseeing adherence to procedural requirements in the execution and periodic review of End of Construction/Erection Reports (ECSR) and End of Erection Status Reports (EESR). Facilitate the implementation and periodic review of processes outlined in the "Manage Site Works Handover," ensuring alignment with procedural guidelines through proactive engagement with NNB Teams and Contractor Partners.

To be suitable for this role, we’re looking for you to hold the capacity to effectively lead a large and diverse team. You should also demonstrate strong skills in managing, mediating, and influencing stakeholders across various levels, including senior executives, to ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards related to the Manage Site Works Handover (MSWH) procedure and associated protocols.

Additionally, you should exhibit a motivational leadership style, capable of inspiring team members and stakeholders alike by fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and mutual understanding as well as the following:

Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Processes and Procedures that impact completions, demonstrating a holistic view of project operations. Spearhead the strategic development and implementation of associated NNB procedures, ensuring alignment with project objectives and goals. Exhibit strong communication skills in English, effectively conveying ideas and directives to diverse stakeholders. Embrace a results-focused mindset, proactively seeking opportunities for improvement and taking personal ownership to drive excellence and quality outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency in commercial principles related to completions and construction matters, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning. Showcase exceptional organisation and communication skills, adept at crafting informative, concise, and impactful reports. Take the lead in initiating, coordinating, and managing the implementation of completions software across the project, promoting efficiency and consistency in processes and workflows.
