THE COMPANY

Events range across medical meetings, ad boards, symposiums and virtual meetings - connecting people globally.

Their events and communications cover a range of pathologies and they are dedicated to providing busy healthcare professionals with trustworthy, cutting-edge updates in their field in an accessible manner across a range of digital platforms and in person events

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of live and virtual events.

The Event Coordinators key duties will include;

  • Supporting the delivery on a variety of events across live and virtual formats
  • Coordinating with different vendors to ensure smooth running of events   
  • Speaker and attendee management and liaison
  • Supporting event registration
  • Working with the design team and liaise with printers to create digital and print event materials
  • Online and onsite event support
  • Updating event websites

 

 THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have similar experience gained from working with b2b events and have a proven background of supporting on events, both live and virtual. Previous experience using Cvent is advantageous.
