An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Devon Business Intelligence Shared Service for enthusiastic Senior Information Analysts to support the delivery of information analysis and Business Intelligence solutions.

These positions offer proactive and motivated candidates the chance to expand current proficiencies and develop new skills within a changing and challenging environment.

This postholder(s) will work closely with colleagues across the Business Intelligence Shared Service and various clinical, managerial and finance staff from organisations across the Devon Health and Social Care System, to gain a better understanding of the System’s performance and to support the delivery of its key objectives.

The position will require a good understanding of key Health and Social Care datasets alongside the analytical and statistical techniques that can be applied to healthcare information.

The post holder(s) will be part of a team that supports the implementation and development of the Population Health Management, Medicines management and Primary Care suites of Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enable and deliver the NHS Devon ICB’s performance monitoring and information reporting requirements.

This role(s) will be suited to a self-motivated and talented individual that is dedicated to working as part of an effective and ambitious informatics team.

Working Pattern: TypicallyMonday to Friday 8-4 or 9-5 with flexible working options

Pay:  The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 4-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 4. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 4 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 3-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 3/ | NHS Employers).
