Responsibilities / Tasks
Effective customer relationship management to our nationwide customer base.
Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue them.
Communicate effectively with clients to technically evaluate their needs.
Prepare technically and commercially sound proposals and monitor progress.
Conduct Technical presentations
Be responsible for the entry, administration and reporting of all leads and opportunities within our CRM system
Travel within the UK as required to carry out your role responsibilities.
Manage your own day and book and attend your own appointments.
Work closely with the compression technologies team to identify opportunities and drive the business forward.
Communicate with our European technology centres in Germany and the Netherlands.
Travel when required to our European technology centres in Germany and the Netherlands.
Your Profile / Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years field sales experience in selling a technical product.
Experience in refrigeration or HVAC industries is essential.
Experience in selling chillers and heat pumps - advantageous
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Professional demeanour.
Good planning and organisational skills.
The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
The ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Team player.
The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Good IT, budget and report writing skills. (proficient in MS Office 365)
Experienced in using a customer relationship management (CRM) software.
A full driving license.
