About the opportunity

The role is based at a purpose-built site that offers free car parking.
As a TIG Welder, your responsibilities will include;
Fabrication and welding various Aerospace components from Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium.
Fillet and butt welds in thicknesses and combinations between to 3mm (occasionally thicker).
Working to tight tolerances and deadlines.
Welding to Aircraft standards and specifications.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area as required.
Following all health and safety guidelines.
Essential Skills
Previous experience of TIG Welding aluminium & stainless steel (titanium an advantage).
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.
Keen eye for detail.
Desirable Skills
It would be ideal if you have worked in the Aerospace industry however, this is not essential, as full training will be given.
