Graduate Programme;

During this programme, you'll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we'll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You'll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

The graduate role will involve spending time to support the development of energy projects, from feasibility and through the bid and construction phases. Also, to identify, deliver and promote operational excellence, continuous improvement and operational efficiencies of our energy activities.

Offer an opportunity to rotate through the various Technical Direction teams to gain experience across the whole project cycle from feasibility to bid development, engineering and operational support.

What you'll be doing;

  • Gaining experience in the organisation and build close relationships with trusted suppliers to develop technical solutions and prepare quotations and where necessary challenging scope, costs, timeline and safety track records.
  • Build close relationships with operations teams to assist with understanding site operational support issues
  • Expected to have a good level of health and safety awareness to act and stop the job if anything is deemed to be unsafe.
  • Develop skills to model the technical and commercial viability of various options and identify costs, energy and carbon savings opportunities. Maintain and manage the technical KPI reports for our energy contracts
  • Provide and develop technical capability through feasibility studies and option assessment on industrial and building services energy saving measures.
  • Identify and manage development Project Risks and effectively manage the risk escalation process.



What we're looking for;

  • Degree level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (to be achieved by September 2025).
  • Practical outlook to problem solving

  • Willingness to learn new things and develop
  • An enthusiastic, creative and solution-oriented thinker
  • Drivers Licence (willingness to get one)
  • Willingness to travel if they will be required to travel
