We are recruiting Level 3 Senior Worker to support children and young people with autism and multiple learning disabilities, as well as those with behavioural problems.
Senior Support Worker's benefits:

What You'll Do:
- Support managers and serve as the primary point of contact for other support workers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment.
- Promote independence and enhance overall well-being.
- Support personal care and engage in on and off-site activities
What You Bring to the Table:
- NVQ 3 is desired for this role
- At least 1 year of senior / team-leading experience
- Excellent reporting skills
- Ability to lead the shift/support managers

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are the key to interacting effectively with young people, colleagues, and external partners.
