We are recruiting Level 3 Senior Worker to support children and young people with autism and multiple learning disabilities, as well as those with behavioural problems.

Senior Support Worker's benefits:

What You'll Do:

  • Support managers and serve as the primary point of contact for other support workers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment.
  • Promote independence and enhance overall well-being.
  • Support personal care and engage in on and off-site activities

What You Bring to the Table:

  • NVQ 3 is desired for this role
  • At least 1 year of senior / team-leading experience
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Ability to lead the shift/support managers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are the key to interacting effectively with young people, colleagues, and external partners.
